The Bedroom. It's supposed to be our safe haven, our place of peace and relaxation- yet why is it always the place where clothes go to hibernate and shoes get pushed under the bed to be lost forever?
Today we take on our bedroom for our 5 ways in 5 Days organization Challenge. 5 different ways to instantly clean up the bedroom and make it feel organized, lighter, and a little less stressful.
Fun fact I learned is that cluttered environments actually RAISE the stress hormones in your body! No wonder we have a hard time falling asleep in our beds! The cluttered dresser top, shoes under the bed, and a basket of laundry are surely contributing! *sigh*
